It is based on a language words play, which goes like this the following sentence:
before:
IN or AT (Ukraine)after:
(common) GUILT.The usage of preposition “In” or “at” Ukraine is a big linguistic discussion in my country, wich went absurd. In fact, it goes wider than just grammar rules. It reflects deep contradictions in the society. One side (the younger, pathriotic one) claims, “In” is right, the other (older people of soviet generations) “at” is right.
I found a quote from the movie “Leviathan” by A. Zvyagintsev: “Each of us are guilty of our own faults”, and I agree with this.
